Yeah, that one has been gone for a while. I work at Ivar's! My friend used to work for the one in Alderwood.

My understanding is that they (the Mall People) wanted McGrath's Seafood as a stand-a-lone Seafood restaurant and they (McGrath's) wouldn't sign on unless Ivar's left. In otherwords, the succesful local seafood store, IVAR'S, got shoved aside for a national chain store that comes from Salem, Oregon!? Nice call, mall people.
