Hire more workers and lower but enforce the fares. This will probably save you 5million$ or more. Then, the M15 SBS will have no use. I think the best routes to put it on is:

SI- S92, S93, S53, S89 not 79 because SIRTOA. Extend 62,92,93sbs to west shore plz. Via Travis av& south av.
B44 has (2) service. So scrap that.. Extend S53 to Arlington and Coney Is. Via the old B64 or modern B1

@RRtrefoil Yes, I am a former NYer and am fed up with this. The 63rd street project was a messy, noisy pork barrel. I was in NYC from '77 through '94 and saw the worst crud going on. It is really shocking, but I am proud that we took the city back in the '80s. We were so fed up, we all started "getting involved." Back then, long ago already!
You guys are really making much more progress on this and the East Side Access tunnel than any other transit projects in the works right now. Keep up the good work.
