They put out poison traps that dissolve the insides of the bugs while they're still alive, or sticky traps that the bugs/mice get stuck to and lay there stuck until you find them and kill them. But everyone gets all hurt that a lobster gets dropped in boiling water and dies after a few seconds.

@Shaggyx93 There is no 'humane' way to kill a lobster, they are too primitive, and their exoskelleton makes any sort of quick execuition very difficult, even if you decapitate them they will stay alive and kicking for some time. About the best way I have ever heard of to kill them is to soak them in wine first, then boil them, it gets them drunk, or so Iv been told.
