What do you think of using a Dehydrator? I have the American Harvest
brand that has a fan in it, making the dehydration faster? Would using
the dehydrator ruin the taste of the fresh herbs?

i have rafter hooks on my ceiling in my basement, this would be GREAT for hanging and drying my herbs. thanks for the info!
