Despite positive reviews and its completion, by September 2000, Valve realized the Dreamcast was a financial flop. Most stores were cancelling their DC shipments on games, consoles, and accessories, in addition to that they were trying to sell as much DC stuff they could for cheap so they could make room for the PS2's stuff.

Not quiet. I have Half-Life on the Dreamcast and it does have its bugs, long load times, and framerate issues. However, it is very playable.

That's illegal you may only download it from torrents if you have permission or a original copy of half-life.
And you're right i downloaded it before but i don't have a dreamcast so i can't play it and yes emulators aren't working too look on the internet.
