Great update, I picked up ED2 as well and I'm looking forward to diving into all of those new extras. I'm about to head to best buy because they have scarface on sale for 12, you might see if you can get some money back from walmart or something. I'm not a fan of the RE movies, but those steelbooks do like great.

And yeah, dry wall kills your hands and makes your tattoos look like shit haha, I hated doing that kind of work.

Loads of youtubers are showing the Monster Squad, Ive never heard of it maybe it just wasnt that big in the UK, I watched the trailer and it didnt even look familiar, it looked fun so might have to check it out. Those Res Evil steels are nice, love the artwork on the 1st and 3rd ones, some steels are very nice, others are so so, its very much a case of picking the wheat from the chaff when collecting Steelbooks theres a lot being released now, not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing :S

Yeah,I have noticed that some steels are very thin and some are very nice,,seems like they are being very mass produced now,which does kind of take the fun out of it a little bit :(

@1quickgt Yeah, theres a lot of steelbooks being released, I think studios have realised theres a market in the collecting community, where some folks will buy anything if its packaged in a steelbook, its a great way of selling a film that didnt perform well at the box office, the steelbook sells well, pushing the film up the charts. Dont get me wrong I like my steelbooks but for me its more a case of quality more than quantity, plus mass production lowers the collectability for me.

Damn, I'd love those three Resident Evil steelbooks but they are only third party sellers on Amazon and quite pricey. Walmart's website doesn't have them, not that I'm sure they'd ship to me in Australia anyway! $8 each is insanely good value..

2012 will be the year of the steelbook. a lot more films being released in that format next year. Repo Man, Driver, Tinker Taylor and hurt locker coming in the next few months.

The Resident Evil movies are all such Fun. At those prices picking up the Steelbooks with those sharp looking exteriors is an agreed Fast Eddie Must :) . Really looking forward to the next movie as well. I can see you doing a triple dip very soon seeking out the most recent Resident Evil on Blu-ray 3D as well ;) . Hey, maybe there will be a Fast Eddie 3D Lenticular special Frickin' edition, LOL.

Great update mate. Love the Steelbooks, I really want the scarface us steel but my metal slip is good enough :). Patton is defiantly really good. A must watch for SPR fans. No slip for evil dead 2 or you couldn't find it. Try get it, very awsome and embossed slip.!.! 5/5 mate

I just picked up this same 4 Resident Evil steelbooks yesterday and they were also missing Afterlife at my Walmart. but I did get the cartoon that I have not seen. I am going to look next week during Black Friday tto see if I can find a copy then. Nice stuff Eddie hope you are doing well.
