kill him with the console prompt the go in to his iventory bring the console prompt back up type in resurrect (stay in his inventory for the whole time) then swith to your inventory then back t his but with out ever leaving the inventory screen take the his stuff and replace it with whatever u want he will use any thing scrolls potions books u have to travel to another city for him to equipt any armour u gave him
