i never furnish them, i give them the basics like the kitchen and the bathroom, that way the rent is less and you can put different furniture in each appartment!

all you do is get a residental lot. you build it. then when your still on the lot you do shift ctrl c all at the same time. then you type changeLotZoning apartmentbase. then exit to the neighborhood. then go on the lot again. then its an apartment.

it can if u knw whut 2 do... u put a lot and make sure u have residental lot go on it and will have this box that a;llows ur sim 2 pay bills and get there mornin paper.... and build it!!!!!!!
