@chadisbeast24 get a 65cc man 2 stroke. I don't know about $400.00 dollars, but check on sites and web pages that are selling used bikes. I bout 2 80cc 2 strokes trail ridden for $900.00 dollars so you might luck out bro. Get a kx-65 i suggest

I myself had a JR80, PW80, CR85R, KX-100, YZ125, and a RMZ250 (4 stroke)

Get either the KTM 65 or the KX 65 bro, ur best bet for size and age

@chadisbeast24 Look I know it may night be a brand bike, but buy an Atomik or something cheap (ebay) if you keep them in good condition with everything tight it will go fine. I have had one for two years and it works fine. Suprisiling I over took my dad on the track today and he was riding an RM 85 (Racing standard) if you can ride any bike should do matey! @Livyrae24 well im 5 foot 7 and a half and weigh 130 so if anything i have both bikes, honda 85 bigwheel and honda 125 if u get to ride a 125 they have so much more power and suspension u never bog out on those. i have the biggest size suspension available for an 85 and its pretty good put u loose so much power with an 85

@FearlessThruChrist7, True, the trail bikes suspension is not quite as well set up, but that is easily fixed, no matter the bike you chose there will always be trade offs. @guitaristfan9000, You have to decide what you want, dirt bike or 4 wheeler, then you can move on to size, brand etc.... I prefere 2 wheels over 4 any day of the week, 4 wheelers bore me, but that's me, alot of people I know love'em. Don't be so quick to dust off "trail" bikes, they are a lot of fun and plenty fast. First things first, decide if u want 2 or 4 wheels, this will make your search alot easier.... Let me know what u decide to go with, maybe I can be of more help.....

@FearlessThruChrist 7, Well just remember this is only my opinion.. I do understand that you want to race, but i like the old saying "crawl before you walk". It has always been my experience that I learned the most about riding, while riding a bike that did not intimidate me, I felt alot more comfortable pushing hard on a softer bike than pushing soft on a hard bike. Again this is only my opinion, I'm sure many people will disagree, whatever you choose..Ride safely and enjoy.....

@Fearless Thru Christ 7, CRF 80 is just an xr80 with some new plastic imo, very good trail bike.. The ttr would be better imo, it has a manual clutch where the klx is auto clutch, but the ttr has a large fly wheel so stalling will not be a big issue. If you don't want to buy a new bike, I would suggest looking at some used older model xr 80's or 100's, they all have manual clutches and are very good bikes to learn on, and can be scored pretty cheap...

If its your first adventure you might find one of the 4 stroke 150's to be a little more forgiving for someone just starting out. At your age and size I would stay away from the 65, you will soon outgrow them. JMO...

@ruSEXtreme Nope Honda stoped making the 85 becouse the 4 stroke is the new thing. Way more power in the bottom end then a 2 stroke. You must not be vary fast on a 2 stroke becouse the faster you are on the 2 stroke the faster you will be on the 150
