i had no idea the suzuki was such a tough number! the video is very cool and it was great to see the rhino walking away safe at the end. who is this guy on the suzuki?

his name is tony fitzjohn... he is an OBE (officer of the British Empire) and currently working in khumazi (kenya)... he learned from george adamson and is now the head of organisations who protect the rhinos and he's also in charge of a rehabilitation of the wild dogs and lions! he's really one of a kind! i had the opportunity to talk to him and you can easily see that his heart is pounding for the african wildlife!

i can't believe i didn't realize it was tony. i know him and know of all his work. he's quite a guy, i agree. his work at m'komazi is incredible. after the emails we've had back and forth, that i wouldn't have realized it was tony... i musta been blind!! did you know that m'komazi has received national park status? VERY COOL!

It's Tony Fitzjohn, he was THE George Adamson's assistant for a few years before George died.

i posted to knprsa that i musta been blind because i know tony and have worked with laura miller, one of his great fans who also does her best to make sure he gets his supplies. tony is everything that you and knprsa have said and much more, as i know you know. his sense of humor is unmatched and he's great company. he's one of the heroes!
