youtube partner's like me, are not allowed to run these types of videos at all unlike normal users, partners can't make money off copyrighted material and you can get your account suspended from youtube if youtube catches you trying to.
so if Blogeeenet owns the copyright or has permission to run the copyright then he should be fine, he will get a strike and removal of this video.
