I felt totally 'gutted' when I found out that this hilarious video was in fact a comedy sketch. The following text is from wikipedia -

check "Tom Van Duyck" and "In de Gloria" on google/yahoo and you'll find the actor who plays the "talkshow host". "Lucas van den Eynde" plays the guy with the high pitched voice. This was a sketch from a Belgian TVshow.

So, it really is fake [got the complete '"In de Gloria" series on DVD...]

They 'played' with the thin line between reality TV and Fake. Some of the things they made where so 'real'-like you could only laugh with shame. But really funny overall.
