  • its not all about the big jumps lol, its also more precise things... that wont ruin your knees :P

    I think your getting on the right path (i.e., not doing only 20 foot jumps and label it "parkour"). And like the other commenter said, get the kip down. Or at the least, put your foot on top of the wall, not your knees. To practice the kip, you don't have to swing your legs over the first time, just practice kipping your feet onto the top of the ledge.

  • ok I'm not trying to be mean i just trying to help but your climb ups are terrible.

    NEVER use your knees on a climb up.

    but at least you rolled from your jump but you should of been able to get out of the roll a bit smoother.
