Claw's repeated wall dive isn't exactly an easy tactic to counter in Super Turbo. It's quite possibly the most ambiguous cross-up in the game and should it hit the situation is reset. Also bear in mind that Claw is Dhalsim's worst match-up, hell Gian even won.

Naturally you knew all of that, with your superior intellect and all. I mean hey, if you could train a monkey to beat tournament players in Super Turbo you must be smart right?

there is nothing remotely difficult about playing claw, he's soft banned in japper land for that reason.

If i could spam a button which will let me win a tournament i would do that......US players sucks, doesnt matter the style u play a game, most important thing is to win it. I play 3s, I rather win a game rather than doing some cool combos...thats how japanese ppl think and thats why they are soo much better than us.....
