Because I never took a look for this bag's...

When you collect bags, you gain access to some "Special Content" (or something) of the game, like pictures and videos. Yes, you can go back and find the ones you have forgotten by replaying the levels.

woah u know the 3rd bag? well i was following ur video and when u go into the 1st dark room and do some wall jump thing i did that and it just popped up sayin i had 3 out of 3 bags mine wasnt on the floor like in this video anyway thanks! will be lookin to see if u have done the last level bags as thats all i need now for my 80g's
