The Queen of Hearts from alice and wonderland...this could even be modified, it doesn't have to look exactly like either of the movies, to still be able to get the point across...the makeup for that would be fun...also I think that the wand/staff/scepter thing is one of the cute and important props...it would be pretty easy to make a decent one
