Xerxes should commit suicide! What a humilating disaster for him! Although they did won the battle but the persians lost so many soldiers battling only 7000 greeks! The persians have at least 200,000 men! The worst part is on the 3rd day they battle only 300 spartans and 700 thespians!

But the spartans did fought bravely to the daath! At the 3rd day most greeks left the fight except for Spartans and some greeks! Every Spartan men is a true soldier, greeks usually consist of other profession!

There were more than just 300 Spartans at Thermopylae--somewhere between 5,000 and 9,000 Greeks drawn from various polities fought a Persian army much less than a million. Xerxes did not have a bunch of weird piercings and or army full of magical knife-handed golems. The Spartans did not fight in a more family friendly version of the heroic nude. The Spartan fighting style in the movie is nothing more than a mixture of Thai and Filipino weapon styles (according to the production diaries).

its based off a frank miller graphic novel, dude. what do expect? dont take anything u see in this movie for fact; very little of this movie has to do with history. 300 spartans fought lots and lots of persians lead by leonidas. other than that, its lord of the the rings meets gladiator.

Thanks! I use 4 adjustable overhead lights and 2 optional side lights, lighting is very important for bluescreen work.

Hey Stu, nice piece of work there. I'm loving the lighting effects on one of the shots. The only thing I would change is to put some effects on to your voice, maybe a little reverb and EQ. Other than that....faultless. Oh and I'm also oving the "Action". lol

Thanks Stu! believe it or not I DID use a little reverb echo on my voice and adjusted the pitch down -1, but i agree you can't really tell when it's overlayed the original trailer sound. Thanks though!
