man, i think the same point of view u do, ima from argentina and i think the same u do in the description of the video :) The last samurai is my favourite movie with the pianist but a small measure of peace is ... amazing.
@juggernoud1 Just wonderful!!! I love the way you play it!! The sheets please... if you have it (if not, I think I could even stay and pause the video and write them down myself, even if this would be a tremendous work). :D
@juggernoud ok well can u try to have the camera in the same position as u did in the "leave no man behind" video because that was easier to see the keys u were playing
@FH713 In principle not. But maybe in the future. If I do it then I'll make it for the website pianoplateau dottt com but I have no idea if people will like that. If I make one I want to do it really good. This piece would be perfect for a tutorial. You don't need to have very good skills to perform it. So this would be a good one I think.
@SwedenPalestine Wow?! Really?! That is a really a pleasure to hear. I'll guess you like the sound of the piano really much then ^_^Thanks for your sweet comment!
@juggernoud1 i find this song much more calm and sentimental than the original, i guess thats the affect of the piano. the first track on the album "a way of life" can not be made with piano, ive heard a couple of versions but it doesnt work out. nice job with this though. I LOVE THE ENDING!!
@SwedenPalestine Thank you! It is really an amazing piece to play on the piano! Gives even more piece I think ^_^ But you think A way of life is impossible?! Actually I made a piano cover of it too ;) I play it after my blue piano. Have you seen it? The last part is approximately the same as the last part of this video. I think it can fit on the piano ;) Cheers!
Thank you so much! You don't know how much I love this song and to know that it can sound beautiful without all the strings really makes me so excited to learn it!
Hey, I've been playing for a year and love to play movie scores I like sad or haunting could you recommend a few to learn that's on an intermediate level.
Thank you for posting the sheets and most importantly (for me anyways) the midi as well in the package. My sheet reading skills are to be desired atm - so the midi is very helpful.
Thank you again. Please make more :D

@86cbell That is great to hear!! I am always happy to hear that people like the sheets! But I never received an enthousiastic reaction on a MIDI. That is good to hear! And good luck with the other 1/4 of the piece! All the best mate!! I am working on The Way of the sword :-)

Hey Noud, This is a beautiful arrangement and although I have"t checked I'm sure it is much better than versions by big publishing companies. And the performance? As always with love and expression. Cheers mate. Rob.
This was beautiful, very close to the original. The piano making the song even more emotional. I am not ashamed for shedding a tear to this. I will try to learn this by watching you play. Thank you for making it.
Very well played! A little bit heavy in the right hand for my tastes sometimes when closing a phrase, (you're still leagues ahead of me), but other than that, really nice job! :)
you played very well! I dont know how to praise a piano performance in English, but I found it very beautifull. could you please tell me where I can find the sheets? I would really appreciate it!
@martinslmb Thanks mate. Let me know if there are parts where you can't catch it up. Maybe the sheets can give you a hand. Just look up what the notes mean on the internet if you can't read it. Let me know if I can help :-) I can also tell what the notes are if you like. For example. Right hand : a,b,f, g etc.
@juggernoud1 can u send me sheets buddy? u probably still have my email lol.. if not ds906@msn.com ;) and uhh i couldn't find any decent site about luuking up what the notes mean.. do u know one? :) much appreciated..
@juggernoud1 I'm so sorry to bother you but when you said you shot the whole video from above did you mean like at 1:03? If you have it can you please send it to me or upload it. I have looked every where for these sheets. Thank you. By the way beautifully played you even made me cry lol.
@mishocker Hi there! I already used a sky view and I made sheets. I think that should be enough. Don't know what to do more :S Haha, and i don't get famous because of this;) But I am glad you like it.
@mishocker But Isn't the camera view tell you enough? Because the piece itself is very slow and from 6:14 you can see everything. Is it useful enough? BTW I shooted the whole video from above. So if you are really interested in that. I can send it you.
@deGothiaSweden Thank you:-) I am glad you like it. And yes I use a tripod, as you can see in both angles. The camera from above "looks" straight down to the keys:-) Good luck mastering this piece!
@workkmeoutt Hehe, Thanks for your very kind comment =D But i prefer the original;) But I think a piano version sounds really nice too :-) Shall I put a link of the mp3 in the infobar for you?
ahh and i must add that, although all the music is fantastic, from the 06:00, qhen the scales start, i shivered all over, it is just equal to the original!!
@flexurmind Hehe, that is really cool to hear that it is also your favorite piece:-) Especially the ending is wonderful indeed. I wanted to add movie to this video. The part where Algren comes back to the Village to obtain his last small measure of peace. But I think the video will be deleted once I do that. I have troubles with other videos in the past doing that:S Which is really a pity I think:-(
Very impressively arranged and I like your technique for this piece. It brings the expression of the music out very effectively, and btw your English is getting way better. Keep it up man! : )

@DrunkyMcLushLives Thanks Ryang!! I'll hope I spell your name correctly:S

@juggernoud1 Haha, no problem. You were close -- it's just Ryan. G is the first initial of my last name :P

@DrunkyMcLushLives Hehe, okay:-) I can remember your previous username: Ryangfilm. But i wasn't sure about the G either. It would be great if you are going to interview people in the cinema again for the newest Batman movie:-) Take care Ryan!
