    Can someone explain the frappier excercise is all about, i would love to do it.

  • i ran as fast as i could passed one of those police speed detecting thingies they sometime put up on some streets and i hit 19 once

  • frappier WORKS! plain and simple. ive dropped my time from a 5.3 to a 4.5 and im a defensive lineman. of course thats also 2 phases, but it works TRUST ME! and you will never have a tougher workout than a frappier workout. oh and to the guy below me. ive ran 22.5 haha. i win!

  • Ive done 19.5 on it but couldnt quite get 20...not yet. His hand soundnt touch your back on the 6 second test tho. At least where I go if the hand touches it doesn't count.
