I remember when CT didn't have an income tax. The thought of the future deficits in the next 2 years is extremely scary to me. As the tax base of the state is shrinking they are talking about raising taxes. Please tell me, how will that stimulate the economy? As the senator says, not a single family would get away with acting so irresponsilbly... why is it our state can? Someone please help me to understand...
