Hey I'm an independent artist to be and, I was wondering if any of you guys know what music production software/program is the best, I'm considering buying Logic, but am not sure what are you guys opinions? :)

@Blahblahbox1 Well I guess depends what you want to do with it. Everyone is gonna have their own opinion, so they can't tell you which DAW is the best. It's not the DAW that makes it good, it's how you use it. I suggest just downlaod program demos first and test them all out. Try Reason by Propellerhead, Ableton, FL Studio, Acid, Logic, trackers.

I use Sony Acid to make songs. I am going to eventually move on to other means of music software. I think there is a program made by Adobe that is pretty good, so I will be trying that out.

If you're on windows, a cool and customizable Matrix screensaver is available on deviantART - just search for it...

It's the 3D one, one of the first results.

As for Mac/Linux, Linux usually has one bundled that works awesomely, but the one he's using specifically...I don't know, but it is cool :P

It all depends on what you run as to whats available and where to find it, just like anything else ;)
