So will they appear if your there? Do you have to leave an come back? Or do they just pop up? Falcon quest is really aggrivating me..

They will appear if you are there they spawn every six in game days. I waited about an hour and it appeared I was pretty lucky though. Falcon quest is really irritating me too your not alone on that lol
