There turns out to have been different races from the current "Native Americans" here in North America between 40,000 and 9,000 years ago, according to Wikipedia: " Skulls older than 8,000 years old have been found to possess greater physical diversity than do those of modern Native Americans. " Was this due to genocide?

National Gov't should be limited to defense, treaties, & enforcement of contract law. The Power rests with The People to live as they please, and providing that no one else is harmed, do what they want.
Within Constitutional limitations, the States control their own laws.
