I had a question on the process of getting T. When you went to the endocrinologists, what sort of tests did they do? Like, did they draw blood and stuff?
Actually there IS something you can do about the hips: work out so your upper body, specifically the shoulders and also lats, get bigger. Now, getting muscle mass is a slow process that requires a lot of dedication, but it's the only way I know of that really works. Do research first before you start training, or you'll waste a lot of time and energy by doing it wrong. If you like learning with videos, this guy here on YT is awesome (and funny ^^): scooby1961. (Just type the name in the search.)

I'd keep the hair on your head, and not worry about facial hair so much if I were you. Shaving is no great joy, believe me. And you look male enough in the face and voice as it is. The dysmorphia of aging is not a trade-off you want, if I were you.

Being genderqueer is a broad term but it basically means that you identify as both man and women, niether man nor woman, you move between genders (one week you identify as male but the next maybe female), having an overlap of gender identity and sexual orientation, or as third gendered or other-gendered; includes those who do not place a name to their gender.

This is probably an obivious answer but just to double check, once you are transitioning and want to continue, do you have to keep injecting testosterone into your body or can you stop injecting after a certain period of time and everything will stay the same when you stopped injecting it?

I didn't know her as Jonathan because she had lost all her muscle that she had when she was in the army and she was really strong back then. Really nice girl though, she is really loving. Im not trans or gay but some of my friends are gay/bi so I go to the LGBT group meetings on campus as an ally and know some trans people from there. My school very recently added gender identity to the non-discrimination policy and it was a huge effort by the students. Im really glad that people are becoming more open-minded to LGBT issues and hopefully one day everyone will realize how wonderful you and my friends are and the ignorance will go away. I don't know if you've answered this question before, but I am interested to know if you've noticed any changes in the way society treats you as a man as opposed to when you were a women?
Also, you were very young when you transitioned, but have you met any transmen who started on t when they were in their 30'sor 40's?

I'd keep the hair on your head, and not worry about facial hair so much if I were you. Shaving is no great joy, believe me. And you look male enough in the face and voice as it is. The dysmorphia of aging is not a trade-off you want, if I were you.

i must say i'm very jealous of you....there has always been a side of me that wanted to be male but it was never strong enough to make me feel uncomfortable as a female. i'll spend like a month being fine with myself and then the next month i just want so badly to be male. it's fuckin weird and i don't understand it. if only i could be magical and turn into what i want when i want to lol. i know i sound immature and like i'm talking out my ass...but these are legitimate feelings about myself =\

@Geekella Did you ever consider yourself as genderqueer? Being genderqueer is a broad term but it basically means that you identify as both man and women, niether man nor woman, you move between genders (one week you identify as male but the next maybe female), having an overlap of gender identity and sexual orientation, or as third gendered or other-gendered; includes those who do not place a name to their gender.

Thank you for posting all those amazing videos! About six months ago I started watching them and I was busy with that for 2 days straight xD The past few months I kept following you and a few others but you really changed a part of me. I was scared, suppressing my feelings and pretended to be a normal girl. You've helped me a lot to learn about stuff and accepting myself, within a year I hope I'll be taking T. This is probably an obivious answer but just to double check, once you are transitioning and want to continue, do you have to keep injecting testosterone into your body or can you stop injecting after a certain period of time and everything will stay the same when you stopped injecting it?

Hey, man. Happy 2 years on T! I'm a little pre-op and pre-T trans guy (16 years old), and I've identified as FtM for nearly a year now. I just posted a video of my own little one-year no-HRT journey on my channel and I've recently been thinking about passing more. I pass fairly regularly in public, but sometimes my face gives me away. Would you say your facial structure really changed on T? I don't mean REALLY CHANGED, but like...changed some and became a little more masculine?

I saw your comparison video, and you were a good looking girl, but you look even hotter as a guy. My friend JaJa started her transition to female almost a year ago. I didn't know her as Jonathan because she had lost all her muscle that she had when she was in the army and she was really strong back then. Really nice girl though, she is really loving. Im not trans or gay but some of my friends are gay/bi so I go to the LGBT group meetings on campus as an ally and know some trans people from there. My school very recently added gender identity to the non-discrimination policy and it was a huge effort by the students. Im really glad that people are becoming more open-minded to LGBT issues and hopefully one day everyone will realize how wonderful you and my friends are and the ignorance will go away. You are a beautiful person inside and out :)

Congrats on your 2 years! Just want to thank you for making these videos, I believe you have saved my daughters life. She has always struggled with her gender. Everywhere we go people always mistake her for a guy. I always felt that she is my son, even before she was born. She is now is therapy, plans on starting T, etc. I just wanted to thank you! Just one question, I've watched all of your videos and I haven't seen anything about your dad, how did he take it, my husband is having issues

Did you have any doubts when you started taking T?
The way I see it I have a lot to lose (like family members) and I'm not quite sure if it's worth it.
I'd love to have a male body, but sometimes I'm not sure if transitioning is the right path, because I'd probably lose my dad and I'd still not be a ''cis-male''.
