tak all springs off the goven and add dimond fire spark plugs and get biggerr tires and slick and find a smaller back wheel sprocket

get a K&N air filter and a striaght pipe, remove the govenor.

ya if you live in canada go to princesse auto the have everything clutch, engines and they do have a 13hp electric start engine. Hop it help you

try puting bigger sproket on the clutch and a smaller rear drive sproket
