  • I have been experiencing intense asthma for the past six months, ever since I started drinking soy and living in a new area. I thought my asthma was bad because of the new area. However, I stopped drinking soy, and I feel so much better, almost no asthma problems. Thank you Dr. for keeping us informed.

  • I viewed your videos today and you are right on target for so many health concerns. I will stay tuned. You answered some of my questions on Soy. It is found in so many health products.

  • Awesome video, he is very right, although the Japanese do use a reasonable amount of unfermented soy in some of their dishes, for example miso soup often contains diced tofu and inari sushi is rolled in a coating of bean curd etc. We definately need more alternatives to soy protein, it is a highly inflammatory food and many people are very allergic to it. I've seen a protein shake formula based on pea protein I would like to try but it isn't available in Australia unfortunately :-(

  • @TheVeganicWitch : How about meat as an alternative?

  • When I buy vegetarian meat substitutes, I scan the labels closely and I only buy ones that use gluten or the brand Quorn, which is mushroom based.
