They call it progress, I call it change. Progress means things should get better, but it sure will never get as good as those guys ever again! Thank God we still have Jones,Haggard, and Kristofferson, Willie and Hank and a few others. But for the most part, great country music and larger than life country stars are a thing of the past, sadly. The answer to "Who's gonna fill their shoes?" Noone. I could listen to these guys swap songs and stories for ever. I hated to see this show end.

Folks there is plenty of good country music out there, it just isn't played on "mainstream" country radio, or supported in Nashville. Hank Williams III, Unknown Hinson, Lynda Kay. Go check out those artists, and support them...

i absolutely agree with you rexanater, country music just aint the same...it just doesnt have no feel, no soul, no purpose (besides the purpose of making money), but it definitely doesnt have any heart. and thats the main thing you got to have to play true country music

A room full of all time greats and Luke the Drifter Jr. stole the show with Rowdy Friends have Settled Down. Mac's performance was spectacular as usual. Mac had a voice that was just smooth and incredible. These segments are just awesome.  Thanks for posting them.
