  • great video lots of help!! i orderes the same exact bumper lip that u have in the car. How did u install it?

  • @sebas355 good choice! I use 4 screws on the inside of the fender area of the bumper.

It held on very well until I drove through a yard and ripped it to pieces.....

  • Great video my friend!! One question....when doing the passenger side, is the release clip (thingy that you push w/screwdriver) on the left, just like drivers side, or is the clip on the right, making both of these clips toward the center?

Thanks! Mine are both a cracked mess. Very embarassing! :0(

  • @bungalowmo yes they are mirror images of one another so both clips are towards the middle

  • What a brilliant video!

I was fully prepared to jack the car up, take off the arch liner etc etc becuase I didn't know about this clip, you've just saved me about 15 minutes! Cheers!

  • @sphinxtk glad i could help!

  • so i figured out how to take them out on my own, now i want to put it back, but its not clicking into place. Any advice there?

  • make sure that the pivoting switch thing that locks the light into place is not broken, missing, or backwards.

Other than that I would make sure the bracket is aimed so that the fog will easily slide in.

if nothing is working, I would take the bracket out to see if the light will fit into it outside the car.

if nothing works you may need a new bracket

  • @BrabusTKR - yep

I went out that same night and after a few tries i pulled the other fog light out to compare.

Sure enough, the lock slot that locks on the fog light is broken.

Looking for a new one now. Any advice there?

  • thanks for the video. i was about to do what you did and shove a screwdriver in the side and force them out.

  • glad i could save you some money
