16 and loving this song and group - I'd say you have very good retro taste for great hard rock. This album was one of the best hard rock albums of all time. Some "know nothing" is on one of the other Purple cuts saying Judas Priest owned Deep Purple. Obviously this individual knows nothing about rock, because Priest isn't even in the same league as Purple and that bald headed freak of a lead singer doesn't sing - he screams. Ian Gillian can sing better in his sleep than Juda's bald headed freak.

They were extremely influential. And as for zep they get far to much credit. Purple could use a little more than they have, they deserve every bit they get. But Naz is another story they are criminally underrated partially due to their producers.
