Sliders Season 6 Opening Clip

I've found some pretty good season 6 fanfictions. One of my favorites had Rembrandt succed in saving his world with help from the Diana of Earth Prime and the virus then using Kromagg technology to reunite with his friends who then defeat Logan Saint Claire and continue their adventures with her timer. That one reunites them with Quinn and Colin and ends with them reaching Quinn and Colin's homeworld before returning home and destroying Logan's timer, but keeping special timers so they can

Another one has the Sliders reunite with Rembrandt using a Kromagg timer Claire had after he gives the Resistance the virus and they start Sliding again. Eventually they find Colin, but his unstuck state causes him to disappear quickly again and they believe the last slide was too much for him and he died due to the condition he was in, but it takes him to Kromagg Prime

They reunite with Wade who managed to escape at the last minute as she destroyed everything and after she recovers, rejoins the Sliders. Finding a world with extremly advanced technology, the Sliders manage to seperate Quinn and Mallory safley and reach Kromagg Prime with help from Colin who finally finds them. Then they use the virus to wipe out the Kromaggs once and for all, but the Humaggs survive.

@WarGrowlmon18 I've found other good stories, one where they went for a season 6 and 7 where Rembrandt reunite with the real Proffesor and is joined by an alternate Quinn for a while and (permanantly) an alternate Wade. They have a bunch of adventures, seperating Quinn and Mallory, but it results in Mallory;s death and Diana;s leaving. Maggie dies and Logan Saint Claire is a recurring villian. Colin turns out to be evil, but he sacrifices himself to destroy the Kromaggs once and for all

Eventually the Sliders reunite with Diana and with the help of the Mallorys from Kromagg Prime (who are NOT really Quinn's parents) they return to Earth Prime where Diana and the alternate Wade settle in with them. Another one has Rembrandt finding out that the Earth from Genesis isn't really Earth Prime and the Kromaggs never invaded it. He reunites with the Proffesor who perfected Sliding and they return to Seer World

They return to the world from Genesis and free it, having promised to do so despite it not being anyone;s homeworld and head to Earth Prime where Quinn figures out how to anchor Colin to that dimension using a quantum bubble that surronds the whole world, similar to what Geiger had in the first and second episodes of season 5.

@WarGrowlmon18 The Sliders are able to locate and rescue Wade, but due to having to slide early end up seperated from Mallory and Diana (who are using a different timer) and end up exactly where they started: lost in the multiverse with no way home but together again at last and with Mallory, Diana and Colin planning on trying to find a way to find them and bring them home.

Kari Wuhrer and David Peckinpah ruined this show. Arturo was the best character.

I actually think right now would be a GREAT time to bring back sliders. Syfy is looking for new show ideas and I'm sure a lot of the old actors would love to do guest appearances. They could branch off from Season 3 Episode 13 "Murder Most Foul", where the little boy genius vowed that one day he'd build a sliding "gizmo" and meet up with the others. As long as they don't cast that bitch Kari Wuhrer, she drove Sabrina Lloyd off the set! (That's why she quit the show.)

@GeneralHoohah Casting that cunt based purely on the fact that they thought it would lure in younger male viewers, helped ruin the show. She was a bad actress and she insulted Sabrina Lloyd on the set and said a bunch of nasty stuff behind her back, until she quit. In my opinion you can partially blame Kari Wuhrer for the downhill of sliders. If they hadn't cast her, Sabrina Lloyd probably would have stayed on a lot longer. Letting go of the professor started the collapse of the show.

I also find it funny that Jerry O'Connell left the show to "pursue his acting career". LOL Nearly all the movies he's been in have been crap, he's only been a regular cast member on a few shows, and everything else has been bit parts. The fact that the left this show for that reason, is a joke. He could have had it made for a few more years with this show, and he threw it away. Just fucking move to LA for a few years until the show is done. They moved the production from Vancouver to LA.

I'm interested in writing a new version of the show and finding a way to bring back all of the main cast from the first 3 season's of the show for a single year. It'll end with the group getting home and fighting a huge war. Remember the Maggs? well it will finally end them too. What ever happened to the original vision of the creators of this awesome show?

maggie was crying cos the seer told them that ont he next slide they'd die, so they wanted to cheat death and let remmy go alone to his original earth with the kromagg virus. i think it was originally planned to have a follow up season still but they never went on with it sadly...i miss this show it was very very good even the season without jerry o'connel

Sometimes the concept alone is so good that it can keep you interested no matter how bad they screw it up. It was like that for The Crow movies and it was like that for this show. This would be a great concept to go back to.

I am angry. I just watched all five seasons of this show on netflix. The show went downhill when they killed off Arturo, I mean it really jumped the shark and I am irritated as crap. They end it with a frikin cliffhanger!! Arghhh!

They better make a damn movie.

have you been there too? well in that world Sliders made it to 15 seasons and then continued into 3 movies, sadly the George Lucas of that world then made 3 prequels that were not that good, he added a Slider called 'Jar Jar' that this character was played by Sean Connery didnt help sadly enough. still those 15 season and 3 movies are now coming out on DFG discs so atleast they will have that. :P

I tend to think the series ended with season four even if the abominable "acting" skills of Charlie O'Connell and Kari Wuherer are all over it. They shoulda fought tooth and nail to keep Sabrina Lloyd/Wade and Jonathan Rhys-Davies on the show.
