I do think this is an unreal car... However, AMS got 1003 whp from a 4G63 motor in a Mitsubishi Evo. 1003 whp from a 2.3 liter 4 cylinder! The Veyron is 8 liters, 16 cylinders, 4 turbos, 2 intercoolers, and 10 radiators! And it makes a "claimed" 1001 hp... Seems to me they should be able to do better than that...

Y'know the only thing I've seen them do is run 1/4 mile times. Which are an impessive 8.65 at 168 mph. I think aerodynamics would play a huge factor, so top speed would most definately be slower not to mention near uncontrolable... So you're right, and it's a good point, but really my point was just a motor to motor hp comparo. ;)
