I tried this but you also have to try the voice slightly yourself. You can't just talk normal otherwise it sounds kind of weird. You need an intimidating sound to your voice already. Also I got some buzzing in the background from an air conditioner.

Jigsaw's voice is easy, record your voice while whispering, and than change pit -21 down.

Then it should sound like jigsaw.
