@NoF3ratu Hey, Romanian is a very hard language for us Americans to learn to speak. It is not offered in most schools, and we don't have a very large population of people of Romanian descent, so cut her some slack. She is most likely learning the language on her own, and that is really hard to do without exposure to Romanian speakers.

@NoF3ratu I was saying that it's hard because we aren't exposed to native Romanian speakers. That does not make us retarded. She is trying to learn your language, which is a gateway to teaching others about Romania. Second, we are not retarded. Many of us are bilingual. Lastly, I will not stoop to your level and comment on your atrocious grammar. I don't expect you to be perfect with a langauge that is not your mother tongue.

Yeah, we have a lot of people that are bicultural, that are 1st-generation Americans that can speak both languages. 4. I'm not the one being disrespectful here. She is trying to be bilingual, and you are being rude. Spanish-speakers don't do that to me when I speak Spanish.

@NoF3ratu The only reason that I took a shot at your grammar is because you said that you speak English perfectly. Secondly, posting on Youtube is a good way to get feedback from native speakers. I posted a Spanish video, and I had people give me feedback on what I needed to work on. When you aren't around someone that speaks the language, this is a good way to get perspective on the your skills. Romanians posted constructive criticism on this video. Basically, you didn't need to be so rude.

@NoF3ratu You counted my words? lol. I don't know her. I just empathize with her because I am currently working on another language, and I plan on learning Romanian after I learn Spanish. I probably would not have commented if I did not see your original post. Piece of advice, if you want someone to get some kind of lessons, then just suggest it. A lot of Americans don't respond very well to rudeness. (Why do you think there are stereotypes for Yankees? :))
