  • hey u got a bf lol?

  • i having problem listening to people saying the word can and can't almost sound the same to me.

  • l want a teacher like her,l would lisent to her all day long lol she is soo cute.

  • she's really cute lool

  • she is sooo cute :D

  • Problem with the audio but the wy you teach is awesome

  • oh baby! show me your l's and r's in person. i can think of at least two uses for 'that' skill ;)

  • when you pronounce 'buTTer' like Americans do, you are not touching your teeth, but in Italian/Spanish/Russian etc. R you do...

  • Very nice but you don't say your r's when you speak normally, lol..

  • @crazaytube I'm Italian and my English R's are far better than my Italian R's simply because of a light speaking fault, so it still depends on the case... LOL

  • can anybody tell me how long will it take me to start to pronounce english R

  • @only1angelt

depends on where you're from, you mean on the ends of words like driver or river?

I pronounce those r's most of the time in my speech but it is true that in a lot of places they're rendered as -a sounds

  • so you think saying "roll roll roll your boat" would be hard for them.

  • @CraZayTube for one thing it's "row row row your boat" not "roll roll roll your boat"...

  • hey im american and ive been learning spanish for about a year now. im having a hard time with the spanish R and while googling some help on it i ran across an article saying that its harder for native spanish speakers to say the english R than for americans to say the spanish R. is that true??? is it because the tongue wants to trill everytime it sees that letter?? can somebody tell me what makes learning the english R hard?? i know the spanish R is too FAST for my tongue.

  • it's just a completely differnt way to place your tongue, adult people usually learn reading first and they idenify a sound with the ones they have in their native language.

  • To bad about the terrible audio. I tried to use this in one of my classes without previewing it. It was a near disaster. It's my fault for not previewing to hear the poor sound quality.

  • For an L make your tongue Touch the Above Frontial Teeth.

For an R twist your tongue Inwards to your mouth, while your tongue is twisted like this, this try and say R

  • Even if I try to do it like you, I still can't get it. Right or Light , Wrong or Long. Very difficult! I'll keep practicing though.

  • I've had trouble pronouncing R's my whole life... that tip about pressing the tongue to the back teeth makes all the difference!!

  • thank you for the excellent video

  • This is the only vid that accualy helped me Ican pronounce my R's now thank you

  • British aunt :D

  • thats a nice and polite australian accent u have

  • Good lesson. One thing to note is that Australians frequently don't pronounce r at all when it's at the end of a word. e.g. Car, Far, Bar, Star become Cah, Fah, Bah, Stah

  • nice accent

  • such a good teacher

  • Very good...thank you for posting the video. I like your way of saying the l and r sounds.
