thank you for this. means a lot. it's interesting that lester bangs pointed out doug yule being the only member on the back of that loaded album. makes sense why that record might sound completely different than the rest of their catalogue hehe. i think kael and bangs have a similar way of approaching art - when i jokingly simplify their outlook, i'll say, "if it's fire, it's good." i've learned more about art from reading their criticism than from experiencing the art itself. thanks again.
