@skankuser Don't act like Iraq was only Bush's fault. The CIA had faulty evidence and misinterpreted the ones they had. Many prominent Democrats voted for the Iraq war like Hillary Clinton and John Kerry (before he "was against it"). In fact, Congress voted to go to war. So, why does Bush get all the blame and Congress gets off the hook? In regards to policy, Bush had a tough foreign policy (much of which Obama has copied) but his economic decisions in his last couple years were bad.
@piratesmvp Because the Bush White House was looking for a reason to go into Iraq. Any reason. They were trying to figure out ways to invade BEFORE 9/11 ever happened.
@lukethebunny ....................they are all bought and paid for, they are all puppets, they make no sense, Ron paul is the opposite of them. If he doesn't win then revolution
Paul doesnt have a snowballs chance in hell. Should have dropped out months ago. Now go back to smoking hash and dreaming about having a senile 75 year old as leader of the free world.
Now look, to me, what's the difference between Obama , Hilary, and for example Romney and Bachman , petty things like gay marriage and abortion and healthcare and immigration, but in war, and foreign affairs and imperialistic means it is the same! Ron Paul being the TRUE change

@USfutbol look, I was about to try to insult you, but I see how respectfully you chose to talk to me, so, hmm, honesty Its not that I like Obama. But look, he spent more money,? Well look at the recession we are in, this is a product if inflation, AND inherenting wars.
@omgitskher Huh? Have you watched Ron Pauls debates recently? He sounds like he has forgotten to take his meds. He blames 9/11 on the US. He is insane.
@IslamISsick1 Our foreign policy of "policing the world" is what makes other countries hate us . We were in the Middle East long before 9/11 and if we hadn't been meddling with their internal affairs, they wouldn't have attacked us. It's simple logic that you don't understand. For example, if you take a look at Australia, Canada, etc. they aren't "policing the world" like us; have you seen a terrorist attack in those countries? I don't think so.
@omgitskher um sorry but bin laden was a cia asset and 911 was an inside job policing the world is what the offshore bankers want...its called a new world order and its coming to america
@IslamISsick1 Our foreign policy is the problem. If you put some thought into it, why would the terrorist attack the U.S.? "Just because"? You have to question everything.
@xXdrummer90xX you are dumber then shit obama doesnt care about the constitution didnt you know he is a new world order puppet? same with bush kerry gore clinton do research before making dumb brainless statements
@paintballforlife06 My friend, what I said had nothing to do with the constitution. Perhaps you are the brainless one. And just for the record, if you cant talk to people without swearing, they makes you extremely ignorant. And the comments you are making, make the world think America is a bunch of IDIOTS, such as yourself. So i hope everyone realizes the difference between DEMOCRAT and a REPUBLICAN.
@turtleking9999 both are not kerry is better than bush , ron paul is good , but obama can step up a game , is still a good speaker. and think he will win , with ron debating
@P07700898 you are a damn idiot obama is destroying this country with his cock sucking banker cronies trying to usher in a new world order get that through your think dumb skull
Mitt Romney is the only Rep candidate that has the personality worthy of a US President. Of course, that doesn't mean he is worthy of being the US President.
I'm voting for Ron Paul, if he doesn't make the generals, none of the other warheads will get my vote, it'll go to Obama, I've already convinced my entire neighborhood about this same thing. :)
Its so saddening to see a brilliant man like Kerry, loose an election to an idiotic corrupt Bush. Imagine the progress of this nation had Gore or Kerry lead us in the first decade. We as Americans to a HUGE leap back instead of going forward from the Clinton era!
Neither one of these Jackasses should've been elected. Bush was a shitty president and didn't deserve a second term, and Kerry, being the shity candidate he was, was what gave him the second term he didn't deserve, hell the majority of Americans didn't even want Bush the first time around.
@johnskudris Come on guy...even if you pull the lever 100% of the time for the Donkey, you should be truthful about who won this debate...Bush decisively defended Kerry's attacks, and Senator Kerry just didn't have a lot of "spirit" during this debate.
Bush being able to out-debate Obama is my opinion...whereas the line above is fact.
@elderlyjr The problem in these debates were that Kerry didnt call Bush out on several things that he should have, since this was the only chance to do it. things like Abu Ghraib. The 7 minutes on 9/11, etc.... If he had done that, most likely Kerry would have carried Ohio.
@elderlyjr I think you'd have a higher opinion of Obama's skills as a debater if you go back to the Democratic nominees debates. His performance in the later ones is particularly strong. As for this debate, it's tricky to call; Kerry is awkward and inarticulate but a lot of the Bush's points are incoherent. I'd say Bush won by a technicality, being that his positions went largely unchallenged but if he had been up against a live opponent (say McCain) it would have been a different story.
@Faboba Uhhhh....I'll refer you to the results of the 2000 Republican Primary for how McCain faired (vs.) George W. Bush. 'Dubya' carried 43 of 50 states in that contest, as well as double the popular vote. You all can say what you want about Bush's presidency, but the man could debate and campaign with the best of 'em...FLAT OUT!
@elderlyjr Firstly, the success of his campaign does not speak to his merits as a debater. In some cases (e.g. Perot in 1992, perhaps Perry 2012) performance in debates was closely linked to success or failure of a campaign but I doubt anyone would disagree that the Bush vs McCain contest had more to do with the Bush camp's use of media (see Karl Rove). Secondly, on that point a lot of people feel the key was what they did to McCain in South Carolina which was absolutely outrageous. Look it up.
@elderlyjr i agree, i think bush could have beat obama to, everyone talks about bush, but so far i've seen no one like him when it came to a debate, and when he had to he would tell the canidate to shup up and let him talk, i loved it when he would say, just let me finish, and cut the other guy right out of the debate, he was good, i dont care what anyone says, bush won this debate by far, and he could be obama anyday
@TheMattd546 Really? There are some intellectual heavyweights in the Republican party but George Bush isn't one of them. Every other answer suggests he doesn't have a clear grasp of the arguments for the position he's advancing despite having three and a half years experience in the Oval Office. It's a sign of how poorly Kerry articulated himself and criticised Bush that anyone could have thought Bush did a good job here. Obama far outclasses both of them (as does, say, Newt Gingrich).
