well i dont really know about not being able to laugh in the Spirit but

i do remember reading somewhere in the bible that Jesus being filled with Joy through the Spirit.Luke 10:21 and also in luke 1:41-44 where a baby in the womb got filled with the Spirit together with his mum and leaped for joy in the womb at the sight of Mary.

Belive it or not you can laugh in the holy spirit I've done it. When you've won the victory over something in the spirit a holy laughter comes over you and you can't stop laughing It's cool..., awsome! god bless.
