@violetflowers Ah, his swords are a part of his facials :) They're the third box from the left on the bottom of the screen while you have the Zack model selected. One of those facial sliders will have "sword" on it. Use the sliders to decrease their size until they're gone. You can do the same with his pads too :D Just be sure to hit "register" or they'll come back during the song. You only have to register that on frame zero though.
