Its old news. saw a video about this atleast one or two years ago. Back then, it showed a large factory getting all its lighting like this.
Can't remember if it was the same guy as in this video, but it really bothers me that they are talking about this like it is something that was discovered last month.
Great effort though, and I think most of the world should be doing this, not just developing countries. Why vaste like 300w constantly, when it could be free?
