Host:"'Tainted Love' is included in your new record 'Comeblack' there are also old Scorpions classics rerecorded and cover songs. Why did you chose those songs to cover.? Why 'Tainted Love' for example?"

[LittleBackstageQueen]

Klaus: "Well, 'Tainted Love' actually is a bit of an outsider,next to the other songs, Beatles,Stones,Kinks and many rock classics from the legendary 60's. So 'Tainted Love' is a bit of an outsider, but the song just totally turned us on and so we orientated more on the original version which is Gloria Jones. Softcell also did a cover version and many other bands which shows that it is just an amazing song, and so we had a lot of fun giving this song the special Scorpions touch."

Host: " How do you make such a selection? Because if you have cover songs, everybody has to say something about it. Do you choose your favorite songs or do you try to find songs that fit the Scorpions, Rudolf ?"

[LittleBackstageQueen]

Rudolf: " First of all it is important that Klaus' voice fits the song. Besides that, in our youth we had songs and bands that turned us on so much that we said 'We want to make music.' "

Host: "And there you succeeded. And now this horrible word 'Farewell Tour' is in every ones mouth. But what exactly does it mean? Is this really the end? "

Matthias: " Well we're right in the thick of it! We just returned from France and it is huge fun. We have plans for next year, we'll also play in Germany again. Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Munich, Wacken as far as we know by now. And U.S.A, America. The world is big. A farewell tour for a German band who only plays in Germany isn't longer then 6 weeks for sure, but for us a normal tour is 2 years in this one certainly will be 3 years...and more. And yeah, a long farewell is fun too, isn't it?"

Host: "Okay, so a farewell tour one can live with for now, because it is at least 3 years long, plus x ..."

Guy that I don't know: " Johannes Heesters is on farewell tour for already 30 years now! That can take a while! "

Rudolf: " And he's still alive!"

Host: " You guys live your dream and say 3 years of farewell tour, that's what we can live with at first and the colleague already said 'plus x' which I find really likable. How many x we finally add will maybe be the fan's decision too.
