I have Office 2010, whenever I start up outlook, it "stops working" right away. A message box comes up ans says it has stopped working. Do you know what's going on??

Microsoft Powerpoint 2003/2007/2010 have the same resolution outputs. That's 3000 x 2250. Last I checked the highest a monitor will do is around (Viewsonic VP2290b 3,840 x 2,400 worth around $6,000~ which is ridiculously large, I cannot think of one software with raw content on that magnitude other then pictures/some extreme high end cinema equipment.

So buying Office 7 is not a good idea. We should put off buying an insanely expensive office suite, right? Should we put off getting Windows 7 too, since there might be an Windows 2010 that goes along with this future Office?

I can't afford these even though they might become necessary. Yeah I could go for Open Office but Microsoft has the monopoly advantange in file format.
