I'm going to Kings Dominion soon this summer, and the closest theme park to me is Carowinds in North/South Carolina. I don't even like the Intimidator at Carowinds so will I like this?? Isn't the Intimidator 305 taller?

I've rode this, and it's actualy really fun. Yes, there are lots of twists which really hurt your ear on the seat, but still worth waiting for. If you say it's dumb, you obviously haven't rode it!

I rode this yesterday. Best. Roller. Coaster. EVER! The first drop was amazing and the transitions were very smooth, considering the fast speed! It goes so fast to go up and I think it reaches 94 m.p.h when you go down! It feels like you are flying. Haha I think I almost blacked out.

I also think that was a good idea with the double break magnets on the bottom instead of the two arms on the side. Nice idea. You couldn't slow a train down as much with one single break pad in the middle rather than the two on the sides like they did

Got platinum pass for cedar point this year and getting them again next year. Going to kings dominion next year to check this coaster out. Never going to be even close to being as spectacular as the one and only millenium force at cedar point. Cedar point still is the best and always will be the best though. Ride On !

Have you even been on the Steel Dragon? it kicks the hell out of Millennium Force and Intimidator combined. I would take Steel Dragon over these 2 anyday. Steel Dragon is taller, faster, its the longest steel coaster in the world) and it is waaaayyyyy better than MF and I305 will EVER be.

Just being taller, faster, and longer doesn't make a good coaster. You need good elements. Maverick, for example, at Cedar Point. It's only 100ish feet tall and reaches 74 mph, but it is the best coaster i've ever ridden. Smooth, wild, air-time, an amazing ride!

Whatever. Millennium Force will out run Intimidator 305 everyday. Millennium Force has hills and overbanked turns, while Intimidator has nothing but turns. I'm not saying Intimidator 305 is a bad ride I'm just saying that it definitely does not beat Millennium Force.

well Millennium Force has hills. This may be a giga but its got the track of a launch coaster. If it had more hills it would have beat MF. Steel Dragon is the only other giga coaster that beats Millennium Force. Intimidator 305....ha not even close.

Intimidator 305's 1st drop is steeper but not by much. Millennium Forces 1st drop is at a 80 degree angle, and Intimidator 305's is at 85 degrees.

We live in Northern Va. and where just there this past weekend, and I saw where they had started to clear the land away, and I said to him "I wonder what will be coming?" Now I know.
