alright babbis13, I'll prove it as soon as I get a camcorder for christmas. I will make a video if thats what it takes, but its gonna be about 30 minutes long though. I'll show you none of those pussy chin-ups but the proper ones that go all the way down. Plus, when I said I do 300 chin-ups, I don't mean all at once, I do reps of 30's and 15's (30 seconds-1 minute rest in between).

fucking pussy!! Only the leg workouts were impressive. Other than that, he was using momentum instead of strength for the first few exercises and the chin-us and press ups had to few reps. Serously, when I go to the gym I do 300 chin-ups every time.
@TeamXtreeme619 Using momentum? You do understand the difference in tempo and force generation when it comes to exercises such as clean and press yeah? It's not the same as slowly squatting or curling something. The point is that enough force is generated quickly enough to create momentum... aka POWER.
Very nice with the snatch! but i thought the correct technique for the snatch is after the standing up and upright rowing the dumbell you drop back down into the starting position/squat lock the arm out then stand back up.

Alright. I did not know that. Just gave an honest feedback.I tried the sweet fifty, but I could handle only 15 kg dumbbells for the snatch and swing. Trying to improve. Anyway, you are a pretty strong dude. No doubt about that.
good work overall, but to be honest, what i saw in round 5 was disappointing.. some of the worst technique i have ever seen for the snatch and swing. seriously. i can understand you were tierd.. but.. still. could have kept that form tighter. anyway. well tried.

You seem fit, but you could improve even more by not pausing . I truly believe you should not pause between reps.

yea, thats called super-sets
to a degree they are better, but not in all cases
some of the workouts really do need the rest
