This guy seems cool but IMO the majority of black Americans are less educated then the average American the same age. They act like savages, and I've had personal experiences. For example, a black guy stole my iPod...which I bet happens everywhere there are uneducated black people

yeah it happens everywhere there are uneducated people that also happen to be criminals. Lucky is wasn't an educated criminal or a govt organized criminal or you would have lost alot more value than what an ipod is. =)
That uneducated black kid got your ipod but that incredibly smart banker, govt institution or court could get your house.

Its 2008 and this occured not 2 years ago. Targeting, profiling, and racism is still prevelant. Its sad that they profile him for a terrorist or a criminal, but also critize him for his knowledge about the constitution. Maybe you should become a lawyer.
