It's picopop - chronologically it's after the Shibuya-Kei period, and it's very beep ("pico") based. And it's on THE picopop label, Usagi-chang, to boot.

Um.. POLYSICS are more of a punk band that uses synths. PSB are more techno-ish and random. That's my comparison, anyway.

wow; they are like the Polysics, but instead of Math Rock, seem to have a more kitschy pop feel. I can't quite put my finger on it. And this video is awesome; the animal masks! Very good prop-work.
