Mostly nothing, but some part is used for blood sausage. In eastern Kazakhstan, Siberia, China and Mongolia it just boiled blood in a link of intestine (I did not really like it) but in southern kazakhstan it is mixed with rice and some spices and smoked, quite tasty.

This is much better than electric shock, or that hammer gun that I've seen hunters use. Also, the lamb is not surrounded by its fam. getting killed. lol did you think meat just comes from the sky to your plate?

I would love to visit such places but i guess there is not much opium there to get.

The family who lived in the ger were Kazakhs (the man who caught the sheep, for example; the same man holding the eagle). The others were Mongolian.

They are definetly kazakh, but the guides with tourists are mongols so automatically everyone is speaking in mongolian.
