2: A law cannot be fixed if it is immutable.

Islam says that you CAN marry a girl when she is 9. CAN! And if it is permitted then it WILL happen.
Allah said it was LEGAL to marry a girl of 6 and have sex with her at 9 because that is what Muhammad did. In fact it says you can marry them as soon as they START puberty, which in some cases can happy to babies!
You as a human can choose not to do it, but you CANNOT make it forbidden. Simple!
