I live in Norwood. Where abouts is the house? My house is also haunted and I have talked to people who have said that most of Norwood is haunted. If you say anything in the villiage about having a ghost, no one blinks. I'm a Wiccan who from time to time hunts ghosts. I would love to see the place.
@SuperWraithlover The house itself is actually just outside of the town, SuperWraithlover. During my stay there, I did have a few occasions to visit the town, and I can understand why people would say the town is haunted. On my first visit, I felt as though I'd walked into some weird kind of alternate universe or something. It was very eerie...
I wonder what was on the property before that house was built, or if the house was built by using another house for parts. A lot of entities are there and they talk to each other.
@PRICEparanormal Hi John. Thanks for the kudos. Actually, if I recall correctly, my cousin did say something about the house being built with different parts, as the original builders were quite poor and couldn't afford to do it the "normal" way. I'll have to confirm that with Geoff (my cousin), but I'm pretty sure he did say something about that. As for the area itself, I think it was basically like something out of the wild west but I'll check with him on that too. :)
@SuperWraithlover HI SuperWraithlover. Nice to hear from someone who lives in the area. :) I agree with you that it's very likely the land itself that's haunted; however, there was also at least one death in the house. The house, and the land it sits on, do seem to emit different energies...
@Greyfort7 Was I? Well geez... You should have let me know; maybe I'd have brought you to the Perry Street location. :D As to whether or not they knew about the house issues, I think it was just something they came to realize on their own when they were doing the paperwork to buy the house. Also, Geoff said they knew all the previous owners, so there may be something there to validate his claims. If there is, though, he didn't tell me...
@Constantine99999 Thanks, Chris. Coming from you, that's high praise indeed. :) I'm very curious about the history of the area, too. Teri was telling me that while she was in high school, she had to do an essay on John Aines. You can imagine my shock, considering that EVP capture!
Great music and cool sky pictures. evpinvestigations is right that the economic situation of the area and see if that plays more of a role of the financial badluck than paranormal. Of course, that doesn't mean that negative entites haven't made their home there. The first EVP sounds like "You're eighteen", 2nd "You are all scrappy", and the 4th one is like "John Alines, you see". You sure got a lot of EVPs! Hope things improve for them there.
@NinjaCthulhu Thanks, Charles. :) Economics probably does play a role in things, I agree. It's interesting that no one seems to be able to keep the house past about a 3-yr period... Thanks for sharing what you've heard on those clips, too; I'll review them and see if I hear the same things you did. :)
I believe there are a few different things in play in this home. First of all the main problem is the economy. It is the beast that haunts all of us in this, dare I say, depressive era. Secondly, I would consider the individuals in the home, they seem to be in a depression themselves, and who could blame them. Thirdly, as far as fear of the basement goes even I get those creeps in basements they seem to have that quality about them. Nice EVP captures.
@evpinvestigations Thanks for sharing your insights, Annie. I agree that there are a lot of issues at work on this situation - all of which could have an effect on what's going on in that house. Having never been there before, and having never met any of the family there before I actually arrived, I had no preconceived notions about anything, so figuring out what could be presented here and what couldn't was definitely challenging. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. :)
@GiacomoC Thanks, Jim! You know, I wasn't sure about that John Aines EVP. I thought I heard it as you did - John Haynes - when I first listened to it. I'm thinking you're probably right, but I'm going to review it just to make sure. I'm also going to review that second EVP you've noted, for the same reason. Thanks for taking the time to watch and share your insights. :)
hi holly! hoping your cousin stays longer than the afore mentioned owners, and his plight isn't one of the bank taking over the mortgage, too. very interesting history about that...and the EVP's were very interesting too! thanks for posting! :o)
@JoGurlzStuff Hi Jo. Thanks for checking this out. :) Actually, my cousin has left the home, now - I'll message you privately about that. Let me just say that it's been about three years, though...
Starting at 3:21, I can clearly hear a voice say "get out!" It sounds drawn out and angry. At 4:35, someone says "oh" and it just dosen't sound normal nor does it sound like anyone else who has spoken.
@mermaidlorelei Wow - nice catch, Lorelei! I missed the "get out" EVP entirely. I didn't hear the "oh" you mentioned, but I did hear Carrie sigh softly right around that point. It was when Geoff was talking about his driving gloves... Thanks for taking the time to watch and share, Lorelei. It's always a pleasure to hear your thoughts on what's being presented. :)
@alexxxk Thanks, Alex. I couldn't figure out whether I was hearing "what" or "wow" - it was so loud and so fast that I just couldn't be sure. Thanks for sharing what you heard. :)

Great Vid, John here,
Love the EVPs great catches.
I wonder what was on the property before that house was built, or if the house was built by using another house for parts. A lot of entities are there and they talk to each other.
Be Well

@wolfparanormal the stuff that makes up a house MIGHT be haunted, but my guess is the land is haunted. Would love to talk to you.

Great video, and nicely put together. There is certainly a history on the site, I wonder what happened there in the past?
Appreciate you sharing:)

My advice to them is try to stay positive. Also, don’t be afraid to make a change. Change is not always a bad thing.

6:35 "John Haynes"
8:40 "to die is hard"
The rest I either heard what you heard or I did not hear anything intelligible.
