What of the role of Gene Cesar? Why would they waist time to make a false reconstruction. One would conclude the LAPD was given a BS story to thread together. One pic of the assault says it all. 1 man came to RFK to render aid after he was shot. A busboy. Not one of his guards lifted a finger to try and save his life after he was shot. The big question. Would be, why did the Kennedy family ask for the destruction of LAPD evidence in this case?

I have analyzed this tape, and there are not 11, 12, 13, or 14 gunshots sounds on it. One can clearly hear 7, possibly the 8th gunshot. Phillip Van Praag is not an acoustic expert, by any stretch of the imagination.
