I must not be as bad as I thought I was. I learned to play this pretty well on my first go through.

It does help that I taught myself Dear Prudence and Dust in the Wind when I first started playing, so I'm decent at finger picking.

@RaaTheGodEater Awesome. I learned a lot from the White Album too, that's a great album to go from being a beginner to intermediate playing. Did you watch the other Blackbird video I did on right hand technique for Blackbird? Its a bid different than Dear Prudence and Paul uses this style also on Mother Nature's Son and other tunes. @hbrlover234 You're welcome! There are quite a few Blackbird vids that are "close, but not quite", and others that are covers that are intentionally different from the original. My goal with this one was to make the original version available to anyone who might want it, so I'm glad it was helpful to you!
